THE best solution I have ever tried!! |

I am a chronic insomniac, and have been for over a decade. I have tried everything from CPAP machines to prescription Ambien and Lunesta to over-the-counter solutions like Sleepinal and even Melatonin. Each of these presented some limited success.
I have been using Better Sleep for 3 nights now. I have been sleeping better than I can remember sleeping in, literally, years! The program starts with some body relaxation and deep breathing. I cannot tell you what happens after that because I have been asleep before that part even finishes!
This is an amazing product and amazingly effective. For anyone who struggles with getting to sleep, chronically or even periodically, you MUST have this recording!! I cannot possibly give it a high enough recommendation. You must use this!
